A beautiful air-conditioned villa on the outskirts of Almancil just a few minutes from Quinta do Lago & Vale do Lobo. Completely private, fenced and unoverlooked ,with a full sized tennis court.
The main door leads directly into a very large open-plan living/dining room with a breakfast bar separating the kitchen area. It has satellite TV, and music system.

Glass sliding doors lead onto pool terrace allowing easy access for al fresco dining on hot summer evenings. A small hallway at one end of the living room leads to a twin bedroom and a double with a shared bathroom. At the opposite end a large spiral staircase goes to the 1st floor where there is a master bedroom with a 4 poster bed and en suite bathroom ,and another double bedroom. Sliding doors lead to a secluded terrace overlooking the pool.

Outside has extensive grounds with lawned area, beautiful salt water heated pool, plenty of sun loungers, parasols and teak furnished dining area with BBQ.
Past the swimming pool is a full sized private tennis court.
Pool can be heated for an extra charge of £100 per week.
Maid service 5 days per week.

Large pool that can be heated at chillier times of the year.

A small hallway leads to a bright, fully fitted kitchen with full gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher & American style fridge/freezer with ice maker.
Lounge / dining room has French doors leading to a lawned garden area, taking advantage of the breathtaking views, lounge has satellite TV and CD player.
A further set of French doors lead directly to pool area, with plenty of sun loungers and an electrically operated sun awning.
