Villa Pintarroxo is an unusually spacious house. The large double bedroom has its own sitting area and en-suite bathroom. There is a twin bedroom with a second bathroom. Both bedrooms have doors onto the pool terrace. The house is open-plan, bright and airy with high ceilings. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, separate oven and hob, and microwave. The attractive dining area looks onto a large BBQ terrace. The lounge is very comfortably furnished with 4 double sofas around a fogo montana (for chillier times of the year) and satellite TV.

Outside:
The large pool (approx.10 x 5 metres) with steps leading in, is set within a paved sun terrace with open views to the sea. There is a convenient open pool shower and a choice of sun loungers and umbrellas. Next to the pool is a natural stone dining table. Within the private garden there are two other areas with stone picnic tables under the shade of large Carob trees.
