A beautiful air-conditioned Algarve villa on the outskirts of Almancil just a few minutes from Quinta do Lago & Vale do Lobo. Completely private, fenced and not  over looked ,with a full sized tennis court.
The main door leads directly into a very large open-plan living/dining room with a breakfast bar separating the kitchen area. It has satellite TV, and music system.

Glass sliding doors lead onto pool terrace allowing easy access for al fresco dining on hot Algarve summer evenings. A small hallway at one end of the living room leads to a twin bedroom and a double with a shared bathroom. At the opposite end a large spiral staircase goes to the 1st floor where there is a master bedroom with a 4 poster bed and en suite bathroom ,and another double bedroom. Sliding doors lead to a secluded terrace overlooking the pool.

Outside has extensive grounds with lawned area, beautiful salt water heated pool, plenty of sun loungers, parasols and teak furnished dining area with BBQ.
Past the swimming pool is a full sized private tennis court.
Pool can be heated for an extra charge of £100 per week.
Maid service 5 days per week.
Cot & high chair available on request.

Terms of booking:
The below are applicable to a maximum of 8 people (plus an infant in a cot). Bookings will be confirmed subject to availability and a 20% holding deposit. Full balance is required 6 weeks before arrival.
This villa requires a £400 security deposit held until one week after departure and is payable with your final balance.

Please note, this is a no smoking villa.
