Clare is a comfortable,modern, three bedroom villa, located in open countryside,
approximately 1 km from the typical Algarvian village of Bordeira. The
village has a small supermarket, a butcher and a selection of
interesting local restaurants and
cafes.
Villa Clare has a very comfortably
furnished living room with satellite TV, video, log burning stove (for the chillier
evenings during the winter), and a dining area with seating for six.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with microwave, gas
cooker, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine etc.
Patio doors from the lounge lead onto the
terrace and the 12m x 5m swimming pool. The terrace, with views of
the countryside and the coast, is equipped with a brick built BBQ, an
outside dining area and sun loungers for relaxing by the pool.
The hallway from the lounge leads to
the three bedrooms, (one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and
two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom). All bedrooms have
patio doors leading to the terrace and pool area, fitted wardrobes and
