3 days rate - available at 50% of the 7 days rate. Each extra day will be charged at 1/3 of that value.
Roof Racks- available under requisition at 15   per week

Personal Accident Insurance(PAI)- available at 5   per day and for each car.
In spite of CDW included- in case of accident, the client must pay the following excess:

•   450 for a group A, B or C;
•   1000 for a group F, F1, J, L, or S;                                                                       currency converter
•   750 for other groups.

1.1 - These rates are per week for pre-booked unlimited mileage rentals on Algarve. Rates include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Full Comprehensive Insurance, and Portuguese VAT at 21%. Personal Accident Insurance is not included. (See below for details under: 2.1). By mutual agreement with all the Portuguese Car Hire Companies it is essential to sign and leave a Credit Card Slip to rent one of our cars.

Although CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) is included, in the event of an accident the client should pay up to the following list of excess:

GROUP A, B and C – €500,00                GROUP F, F1, J and S - €1.500,00

OTHER GROUPS - €1.000,00

1.2 - If the client want to eliminate this deductible should pay an insurance (called Super CDW) in the amount €7,50 per day for Groups A, B and C; €12,50 per day for groups F, F1, J and S and €10,00 per day for others groups which is paid directly by client when receiving the vehicle. The SCDW it’s only activated for rentals for more than 1 week.

1.3 - 3 Days rates are available at 50% of the 7 days rates above. Each extra day will be charge at 1/3 of that value.

1.4 - Rentals of 8 days or more are PRO-RATA at the 7 days rate.

1.5 - One rental day is considered a 24 hours period. There is a tolerance of 6 hours difference between delivery and return. If this 6 hours tolerance is exceeded one extra day will be add to the rental agreement.

1.6 - The Season rental price will change in the precise day as referred in the price list. Any rental beginning in one season and ending in other season will have two season prices applied to the rental price.

1.7 - Vehicles in Groups E, E1, F, F1, G, I, K, J, O and S are on REQUEST BASIS only.

1.8 - Roof racks are available ON REQUEST and at a charge €15,00 per rental.

1.9 - Baby/Child seats are available ON REQUEST and at a charge of €15,00 per week.

2.0 - OUT OF HOURS (22:00 until 07:00) Delivery or Collection for an additional charge of €15,00.

2.1 - PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (P.A.I.).

Additional Personal Accident Insurance is available for €6,00 per day and per car that covers the following:

- €14.963,93 per person for death or permanent incapacity.

- €1.496.39 per person for medical cares and repatriation.

2.2 - GREEN CARD FOR SPAIN for an additional charge of €7,50 per day.

2.3 - Car type shown represents the main vehicles offered in each group. Similar type vehicles but from different manufacture may be supplied at commencement of rental.

2.4 - A full driving licence must be produced by each driver, and must have held it for a minimum of one year and be at least 23 years old.

2.5 - In the event of an accident, if the driver has been drinking alcohol, in accordance with Portuguese Law, the driver will be required to pay the cost of any damage incurred.
