The elegant sitting room has French windows leading on to a paved terrace and lawn looking out towards the Algarve coast.   It has an open fireplace for cooler evenings.   There are two double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room, and a large twin bedroom with French windows giving access onto the the terrace and garden.  There is a full bathroom opposite.

The kitchen is open plan with a dining area.  Outside the kitchen is a shaded  breakfast  terrace  with bread oven and barbeque. A path leads through the garden a short distance to the roman-ended swimming pool.  This is surrounded by a large terrace with another spacious shaded dining area with a granite table and built -in barbeque.

The whole house is furnished to a very high standard and is centrally heated.
