Casa Susana is situated just outside  of Santa Barbara village; an easy  five minutes stroll. In Sta Barbara there is a Mini-Mercado, several good restaurants, sidewalk cafes, a Bank, Post Office, Medical Centre and Pharmacy. 

Casa Susana is a quiet and peaceful villa set in its own grounds with wonderful views of the coast. The glorious beaches of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago are twenty minutes drive away.

 The main house of Casa Susana has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, large private swimming pool and tennis court. Across a lovely courtyard is a small cottage  that has a further two bedrooms. In the main house on the ground floor is an open-plan  sitting/dining room with doors to the covered terrace and swimming pool. The kitchen is spacious and immediately outside is a small terrace for early morning breakfast. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with separate full bathroom. On the first floor is the Master twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Doors to an upper terrace overlook the swimming pool. A further twin bedroom also has a terrace overlooking the pool and a separate shower room, washbasin and toilet. 

The cottage has one double and one twin bedroom with a separate shower room, wash basin and toilet. There is a small kitchenette with a refrigerator suitable perhaps for drinks but no cooking facilities. Behind the swimming pool and tennis court there is a delightful secluded garden with a stone table and bench seating for quiet contemplative thought or simply just to read.

The large pool is surrounded by a terrace with lovely tiled seating areas and plenty of loungers and outside dining furniture. It can be seen from the living room and the pool can be fenced off from the house for the protection of small children.
