Kiata is a delightful self-contained one-bedroom cottage with
exclusive use of a large swimming pool.
It
has a spacious double bedroom with an en suite shower room and its
own entrance onto the landscaped patio.
The
living room is open plan with a kitchen and dining area and double
folding doors opening onto the patio area which has dining furniture
and a barbeque.
From
the patio garden, steps lead up to the pool terrace from where there
are lovely views of the coast and the countryside between.
The
cottage is very comfortably and tastefully furnished and has
airconditioning which cools in the summer months and heats during
the colder ones.
