On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen/dining area, an adjacent cloakroom and a very comfortable living room with patio doors to the pool terrace outside. 

The large salt-water pool, which has an automatic safety cover, is surrounded by extensive terraces with outside dining furniture, a gas fired barbeque and automatically operated sun awnings. Outside the very well-equipped kitchen is another covered dining pergola where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or drinks at sunset.

This property requires a £400.00 security deposit held until one week after departure and is payable with your final balance.
